Specialising in management accounting and financial reporting, Erica has worked across a range of industries, including manufacturing, agribusiness, and building and construction. 

Passionate about the success of local businesses and fostering financial growth with tailored and hands-on accounting guidance, Erica co-founded CACo. to cater to clients' unique requirements across Toowoomba regions.

Not only active in the office, Erica prioritises fitness, health, outdoor adventures, and spending time with her family.

For over 20 years, Peter has worked in various financial roles in commercial, small business, and agribusiness consulting and banking. 

Specialising in business management, investment advisory, and business development, Peter leverages his background in agriculture and financial advisory at Commercial Accounting Co. to deliver valuable outcomes for all his clients.

As a founding Director of CACo., Peter sought to fill a much-needed gap in the market, offering clients strategic financial and management accounting and bookkeeping services. 

A problem solver by nature, he enjoys delivering outcomes for clients, offering expertise in strategic guidance, financial analysis, and risk management to all businesses.

Outside of work, he loves camping, surfing, fishing, and spending time with his family in the great outdoors.

Bringing over 10 years experience in bookkeeping and account management to the CACo. team, Sharon helps our clients with their financial processing and reporting. 

Specialising in handling day-to-day financial tasks, including accounts receivable, invoicing, payroll and other bookkeeping services with precision and efficiency, Sharon ensures the smooth operation of our client’s financial services. 

Encountering diverse challenges and opportunities to grow alongside the CACo. team, Sharon enjoys the variety of her work and that of the clients.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her camping and spending time with her family.
